At LitterClear, we want your litter setup to work for you. If it doesn’t, we offer a simple return process.

Return window

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

We cannot accept returns for items that are:

  • Used, damaged by misuse, or missing parts

  • Returned without contacting us first

How to request a return

Email: support@litterclear.com
Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We will reply with return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the item:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will replace or refund the item.
