Will the mat work with any litter type?

Yes. The honeycomb mat is designed to trap most common litter types including clumping clay, crystal/silica, tofu, and mixed litters. Very fine sand-like litters may still track slightly, but the mat will significantly reduce spread around the box.

How do I clean the mat?

Shake or lift the mat and pour the trapped litter back into the box or trash. For deeper cleaning, rinse with warm water and mild soap, then let it air dry completely before placing it back.

Where should I place the mat?

Place the mat directly where your cat exits the litter box — usually the front opening. The goal is for your cat to step onto the mat immediately after leaving the box so the litter falls off their paws before reaching the floor.

Does the scoop set fit all litter boxes?

Yes. The scoop and storage container are standalone accessories and work beside most standard litter boxes, covered or open. You simply keep it next to the box for easier daily cleaning.

How often should I use the odor add-on?

Start with a small sprinkle after cleaning the litter box, then adjust based on your routine and environment. Most customers add a little every few days or after scooping to help maintain freshness.

Is the odor add-on safe around pets?

Use as directed. Keep out of reach. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not allow pets to ingest the product.

How long does shipping take?
